About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide community-based mental health assessment and treatment for individuals and their support networks as a Clinical Nurse in the Continued Care Service.
- You will work closely with patients/residents/clients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met through advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination.
- The role requires a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. A C Class Motor Vehicle Licence and pre-employment screening will also be conducted.

- Base salary ranges between $107,960 and $115,604 per annum (Nurse Grade 6)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
