Avoidable Living Space Coordinator

We are seeking an Accommodation Coordinator to work with our accommodation department at our South Brisbane Campus.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic approach, drive and enthusiasm to recruit local hosts to accommodate international students. This role involves working closely with the Host Family team ensuring that homestay visits and homestay recruitment are running well, as well as taking care of our student residences.

Our requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed customer service focus and a positive attitude
  • Culturally aware individual
  • Creative problem solver able to remain calm under pressure
  • Complete fluency in English

As an Accommodation Coordinator you will be responsible for creating successful matches between students and prospective host families, recruiting host families, and providing excellent customer service to both host families and international students.

This role gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships with homestay hosts and residence suppliers, ensuring the quality of our accommodation provision.
