Job DescriptionThe Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming their delivery processes. We seek an accomplished technologist to join our infrastructure unit, tasked with delivering cloud landing zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones
- Assist with the creation of infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
- Secure cloud foundational implementations
- Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications
- Cloud-ready applications architecture
- Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
- Present infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development
- Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks
- Google Cloud Platform certification is desirable
- Experience with infrastructure-based processes such as monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, data center exit
