About the Role

The Commercial Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of commercialisation of DTP assets. This involves providing administrative, business, and project support to ensure the efficient and effective management of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support - Provide specialist administrative and project secretariat support to project teams, ensuring timely and organized delivery of projects.
  • Document Management - Effectively manage records, including sensitive and confidential material, to meet corporate document control guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Management - Ensure stakeholders perceive that analysis and advice is comprehensively considered, supporting successful outcomes through a supportive partnership.
  • Written Communication - Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated project support/administration experience relevant to complex commercial projects in a government setting.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with State or Federal Government.
  • A relevant tertiary degree in project or business management or related discipline would be well regarded.
