About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers Forest Hill. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
  • Results-oriented and love selling.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
