The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our members, ensuring they have a fun and safe experience.

You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence. You should be energetic, dynamic, and outgoing, with a flair for working with children. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to members
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our members
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Meet the requirements of our OHS and public safety policies

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue Card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
  • Current Swim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Swim Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
  • Swim Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable)
