Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administration of purchase orders and ensuring smooth product flow to stores within our menswear category.

This includes effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lines and stock orders
  • Contribute to range development
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and associated administration
  • Support Critical Path management
  • Maintain Range Plan and Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with Product Manager to manage samples
  • Monitor and track key delivery schedules
  • Manage samples for online, marketing shoots, and visual merchandising handover
  • Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
  • Foster relationships between departments and suppliers
  • CAD designs using Adobe Illustrator

Requirements:

  • Fashion degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Background in administration/buying/product teams advantageous
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Confident working with Microsoft products, including Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Build relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments
