Wood is recruiting a Project Control Manager as part of our strategic growth plan for 2024 and beyond. You will join our Operations business in a pivotal role as we partner with a major player in the Oil & Gas industry on a major brownfields Engineering Service Contract. Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role and is available as a full-time / part-time (job share) basis. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contracts, budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and management of change

• Supervising others and leveraging extensive relevant industry experience in project control positions

• Demonstrating knowledge across engineering, procurement, and construction execution

• Utilizing Project Controls department tools and systems

• Possessing keen business insight, embracing Wood's strategic purpose and goals, and translating these into practical concepts relevant to project execution

• Building knowledge networks, creating and maintaining a global network of subject matter experts inside and outside the team and Wood

• Developing analytical, conceptual, and adaptive thinking skills to address substantive conflicts and facilitate timely resolution

• Fostering development of a common vision and collaboration among team members and teams across geographical and cultural boundaries

Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas production and/or processing industries, ideally supported by a degree in an engineering, project management, or related field. What sets you apart will be your previous experience working in a similar client-facing leadership role on a major long-term Engineering Service Contract in brownfields Oil & Gas.
