At the forefront of employment law, our team is seeking a visionary legal professional to spearhead our efforts in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and act in all employment, discrimination, and industrial jurisdictions, including common law and restraint of trade matters, with a focus on strategic risk management and proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse clients across various industries, public, and private sectors, local governments, regulatory authorities, and senior executives to provide expert guidance on employment-related issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations, develop and implement disciplinary and performance management policies, draft contracts and workplace policies and procedures, and offer strategic counsel on employment/industrial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and redundancies.
  • Assume leadership and mentoring roles, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in employment law and/or litigation, with exceptional drafting and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
