Part-time Community Facilities Team Member

This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team as a Community Facilities Officer. As a key member, you will provide professional customer services and reception support, while also contributing to the administrative and operational needs of community facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Offer comprehensive facility inductions and site inspections tailored to each site and customer.
- Maintain records and plans for facility maintenance and equipment, conducting inspections as necessary.
- Support Community Facilities financial responsibilities, including credit requests, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Relevant qualifications in Event Management or related field, or demonstrated experience.
- Certificate qualification in Vision and Audio systems or relevant experience.
- A Class C drivers licence, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children's Check are required.
- Freedom to direct contributions to any compliant superannuation fund.
