About This Opportunity:

The graduate program accelerates careers by building on your bachelor's degree with tailored practical skill development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Support: Provide information and advice to internal and external stakeholders, process routine requests and documentation, and offer support to committees.
  • Operational Assistance: Assist with the development and implementation of organisational strategy, action plans, and procedures, while contributing to internal, government, and regulatory reporting, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
  • Content Management: Liaise with staff and students across the institution on specific matters, and assist with managing the accuracy of information in databases, websites, and publications.
  • Event Participation & Professional Growth: Assist with planning and participating in key events like Open Days and Orientation, and engage in professional development opportunities provided by the institution.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree within the last three years (awarded before commencing the program).
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • High-level computer proficiency with software like Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), with a commitment to cultural diversity, inclusion, ethical practice principles, and workplace health and safety.
