About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Grocery Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, displays are visually appealing, and customers have a seamless shopping experience.

As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products, including fresh produce, packaged goods, and household essentials. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Operate store equipment, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, as required
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment
