Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our residents in a dedicated team environment.

• Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing and grooming
• Support day-to-day activities including eating, socialization and mobility
• Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure effective care plans are implemented
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive team culture that prioritizes resident health and wellbeing
• Deliver exceptional service to families and the community

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable and flexible team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
