Job Description

As an Art Instructor with us, you will play a key role in helping us deliver our mission. Your primary responsibility will be to teach drawing, sketching, and watercolour painting to groups of 6-12 people.

Each session will last two hours, and will be held on Saturdays or Sundays at various outdoor locations across Hobart.

The ideal candidate will have advanced art skills and experience in teaching or group leadership. You must also be punctual, reliable, and able to commit to regular work for at least six months.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced art skills, with qualifications and a body of work
  • Experience in teaching or group leadership (highly desirable)
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Availability to start within two to three weeks

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $42.50-$74.50 per hour, as well as opportunities for bonus pay. This is a part-time position, with weekend availability required.
