Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an AIN in Australia
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • NDIS worker check
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and leadership
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A flexible working attitude

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of aged care services. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, working closely with our experienced healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a generous referral bonus scheme for successful referrals.
