Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response at our site in Townsville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Requirements

  • Current QLD Security Licence with a Crowd Controller component
  • First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
