Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced enterprise architect to provide strategic guidance and oversight in the development of business and technology roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, with experience in change management and project/program environments.

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information management, or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level reference architectures and meta models.
  • Translate business vision into technology solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Define and promote architecture principles, standards, and guidelines for technology selection, integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead design and governance processes, reviewing and endorsing project designs to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and manage technology risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture consulting and design, with expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in both project and operational environments.
  • Experience in data, integration, solution, process, and technical architecture in the mining industry.
