The Lead Beverage Connoisseur oversees daily operations of both Living Room Bar and WET Deck Bar, elevating these venues through innovative menu planning, beverage innovation, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include implementing beverage policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws, and managing beverage control systems. Additionally, this role empowers talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest service by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Previous experience working with Birch Street platform and Micros is essential. A background in hotel operations is also required.
