About You...
- Proven experience in a customer-focused retail setting, ideally in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role, with a strong background in customer service and team supervision.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting best practices in inventory management, service excellence, safety, operational processes, and visual merchandising.
- Capability to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall store operations, demonstrating readiness to take charge when necessary.
