Job Description:An exceptional opportunity exists for an Academic Leader and Research Professor to join the Department of Banking and Finance within the Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University.
The successful candidate will be a leading authority in the field of banking finance, with extensive experience in academic leadership and departmental management.
They will possess a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing, and be recognized as a world-class researcher with a strong track record of publication and scholarly engagement.
Key responsibilities include leading research initiatives, developing and implementing academic programs, and providing strategic guidance to faculty members.
The appointee will also contribute to the development of the faculty's strategic plan, play a leading role in implementing the plan in the Department of Banking and Finance, and inspire staff with a strong vision for education, engagement, and research.
