Job Title

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to join our team in Alice Springs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical support, performing periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and completing job orders for systems managed by the IT department.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all electronic systems maintained by IT.
  • Plan equipment, tools, and materials needed for tasks.
  • Perform fault-finding analysis and implement solutions.
  • Maintain reliable operation of all security systems.
  • Maintain and repair site electronics such as CATV, DVDs, and Projectors.
  • Install and repair fiber optic networks related to IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain electronic circuits and schematic diagrams.
  • Perform project-related tasks as required.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety practices at the workplace.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications – Minimum Essential
  • Lenel Certification.
Experience and Skills – Minimum Essential
  • 1-2 years' experience.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with MS Office operating system.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
  • US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance.
