Lead Early Childhood Educator

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, Inquiry Based Learning, Reggio Emilia Approach, and Nature Education.
- Proven ability to nurture and lead a high-quality educational program, embracing flexibility and collaboration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on pastoral care and family engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
- An understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
