Auto Electrician Job Description

This role is ideal for a skilled Auto Electrician who wants to work on assembling and reassembling electrical components, installing optional features and components, and performing electrical diagnoses.

The successful candidate will be part of our team in Perth, working on Caterpillar equipment and contributing to the provision of cutting-edge machinery solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mining and construction industry.

In this role, you will identify and troubleshoot electrical problems, work on various electrical parts and systems, and handle the installation of optional features and components.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate is required;
  • Prior experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment is also necessary;
  • A dedicated attitude to safety and quality is essential;
  • The ability to work well in a team environment is also required.
