About the role
We're seeking a motivated and friendly Room Attendant to join our team at the prestigious RACV City Club. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day room turnover, including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities
- Ensure rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high standards
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Previous housekeeping experience is desired, but not essential. You will be required to work a 7-day rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
