Established in Canberra, our office leasing team has a strong reputation and pipeline of opportunities. We understand that an office is more than just an address - it's a place to make your business a reality.

Our approach to office leasing is centered around providing strategic advice to clients on market positioning to ensure maximum value is reached, both now and in the future.

The Role
  • We will provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed in this role, including key contacts, significant leads, and the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts.
  • You will be an integral part of our team, partnering with clients and building your existing network to drive growth and success.
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants is a key aspect of this role, as well as conducting site inspections and developing leasing strategies to source new listings through cold calling, mail-outs, and attending industry functions.

As a successful Office Leasing Broker at CBRE, you can expect to earn an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

About You

  • You have a track record within commercial property and are enthusiastic, committed, and ambitious.
  • You are adaptable, professional, and delivery-focused, with a passion for real estate and a desire for success.
  • You are a team player who loves contributing and has excellent communication skills, able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline and/or experience within the commercial or residential property industry are desirable but not essential.
