About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Own the content pipeline – create case studies, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates
  • Work closely with the sales team to produce tailored presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
  • Lead events and trade shows – planning, logistics, and on-the-ground representation
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, media, and PR partners
  • Track and report on marketing metrics to continuously improve ROI
  • Drive brand consistency across all external communications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing within renewable energy, technology, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing activities — from copywriting and design coordination to digital campaign management
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing in the energy/industrial sector
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling narratives
  • Experience with EV Charging or Batteries would be a plus
  • A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
