Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the building industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
• Familiarity with relevant software, including Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and close sales.
• Willingness to adapt and implement new sales strategies.
• A valid driver's license is required.
