Senior Psychologist

The Clinical Psychologist plays a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, providing recovery support and clinical services across various mental illnesses. This position is integral to our team's success, serving as a role model and champion of best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide interventions to support individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement psychological therapies, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians, promoting their professional development and understanding of psychological principles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals and their families.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, with a strong background in evidence-based psychological therapies.
- Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, with a Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in conducting holistic assessments, case formulation, and treatment planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in mental health.
