Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range, estimated between AU$ 80,000 and AU$ 120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our remuneration package includes discretionary bonus schemes, performance-based salary reviews, and wellbeing benefits.

Job Description

This full-time position is based in Canberra and involves delivering a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling for adults, children, adolescents, and couples
  • Onsite Attendances and Critical Incident Responses for workplace support
  • Private / Medicare rebated counselling services
  • Compensation Scheme Work for pain-related issues and injury adjustment
  • Multidisciplinary Interventions for client outcomes
  • Psiological Assessment
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Full or provisional professional registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to obtain a national police check
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
