Our team is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Professional to join our property group, offering a great opportunity to progress your career.

About the Role

This role provides financial and administrative services in support of our finance team, with long-term opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, receipt, and allocate rental payments daily
  • Reconcile arrears reports daily
  • Identify tenant issues and report them to managers in a timely manner
  • Review leases and prepare documentation for the administration of charges
  • Process purchaser orders and match them to creditor invoices prior to manager's sign-off
  • Review monthly rent reports in readiness for tax invoicing and compile tenant advice letters
  • Calculate tenant electricity and water charges
  • Prepare petty cash and expense claim forms
  • Liaise with tenants and creditors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree or undergraduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Accounting, along with excellent MS Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a related role using Progenesis or willingness to learn is preferred. You will enjoy managing multiple priorities and working in a busy, varied role with a supportive team.
