Key Responsibilities
  • Monday - Friday only
  • Assistance for support

You will be responsible for a portfolio with plenty of assistance.

  • End-to-end portfolio management across a small but growing rent roll - forcing on apartments (40 properties)
  • BDM work is required when not doing PM duties - YOU GET COMMS ON TOP
  • Lease Renewals
  • Entry and Exit inspections
  • Rental Arrears
  • Processing Maintenance
  • Invoicing
  • QCAT/ Tribunal as required
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/follow-up and clear communication
  • Using cloud-based software
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Previous Property Management experience, ideally 1+ years
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
  • Well-presented
  • Valid driver's license
