Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our technology team. This role will be key to delivering exceptional technical assistance across our employees, devices, and cloud-based applications.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune for user and device management, and will thrive in a diverse SaaS environment supporting multiple business applications and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for laptops (Windows and macOS), mobile devices, and common IT issues.
  • Administer user accounts, security groups, and device compliance in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
  • Support a variety of SaaS applications, productivity tools, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device setup, software provisioning, and account creation.
  • Document solutions, updating IT procedures, and maintaining an internal knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot application access and integration issues, including single sign-on (SSO) workflows.
  • Provide support for office hardware such as printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Participate in IT initiatives aimed at improving security, workflows, and user experience.
