Grappino Italian Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, cooking techniques, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing menu plans in collaboration with the kitchen team
  • Coordinating cooking duties and resolving food complaints efficiently
  • Preparing and cooking food according to menu requirements and meeting special dietary needs
  • Estimating product requirements and costs, ensuring food safety and proper inventory control
  • Supervising kitchen staff, monitoring preparation and presentation of dishes, and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients and enforcing health and safety standards

Applicants should have a strong background in commercial cookery, kitchen management, and leadership. A Safe Food Handling Certificate is also required.
