About the Role

CraigCare Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and therapy programs to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality activity and therapy programs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of our residents and promote a culture of person-centered care.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in planning, delivery, and evaluation of therapeutic programs in an aged care setting.
  • Qualifications: AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with experience in aged care or Certificate 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle with experience in assessments.
  • Skills: Well-developed organization and workload management skills, ability to work within a team setting, and proficiency with clinical information systems.
