* Work on iconic projects that showcase your expertise in civil engineering and design documentation
* Manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients
* Ascertain specifications and evolving client requirements
* Proactively determine, manage, monitor, and control scope of works
* Ensure timely and quality delivery for project and civil engineering work
* Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
* Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team

Requirements:
* Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil Engineering
* Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)
* Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes
* Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects, ideally in a consulting environment
* High level of expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects
* Sound client-facing, business development, and account/relationship management skills
* Strong project management skills, including managing civil engineering teams
* Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines
