Job Overview

A dedicated educator is required to teach across various year levels, delivering engaging and high-quality learning programs that cater to the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring adherence to curriculum documents and educational principles.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to manage student behavior and create a positive classroom culture.
  • Model Christian values and nurture the faith and well-being of students through teaching, worship, and pastoral care.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, parents, and external organizations to promote a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Participate in shared responsibilities such as staff meetings, playground supervision, curriculum development, and staff devotion.
  • Implement formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Design and deliver creative and differentiated learning experiences aligned with inquiry-driven pedagogies.

Candidates will possess a strong ability to teach effectively in a classroom setting, experience with outcomes-based education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. They will also demonstrate a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a passion for fostering a love of learning in students.

Qualifications/Training:
  • Registration with the South Australian Teachers Registration Board as a Teacher.
  • A current Certificate in First Aid for Schools.
  • A current Working with Children clearance.
  • Mandatory Reporting Certification.
  • RRHAN-EC Mandatory Notification Certification.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a current Teaching Registration in South Australia and possess relevant qualifications and training.
