About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned consulting leader to spearhead the growth and success of our Data & Analytics practice. As a Director, you will be accountable for setting the strategic direction of the practice by overseeing delivery excellence, sales, recruiting, account management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall growth of the practice area through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership
  • Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics, including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Data and Analytics offerings
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Data and Analytics projects
  • Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering
  • Build and develop relationships with local market teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity, and capabilities, and awareness across the region
  • Build and develop relationships with technology partners and own joint sales pursuits

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in consulting management, preferably with at least 14+ years of consulting specifically in data and analytics strategy, architecture, and solution delivery resulting in clear client business outcomes
  • P&L experience from a comparably sized consulting firm
  • Broad data and analytics experiences across data strategy, data architecture, data governance, visualizations, AI/ML, legacy data platforms, and modern cloud data stack
  • Deep expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering modern cloud data stack-based data and analytical solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as Snowflake or databricks-based cloud data platforms, and other related platforms and services part of the modern data stack
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up
  • A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience in Agile/Scrum environments; including directing and growing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
