Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding and anticipating their needs
  • Showcase high-end products with expertise and guide customers through their purchase journey
  • Build and nurture client relationships, staying knowledgeable about the latest collections and fashion trends
  • Assist in training and mentoring sales associates, leading by example, and contributing to team goals and performance
  • Oversee the presentation of merchandise, maintain stock levels, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Associate required
  • Experience in premium or luxury retail
  • Proven background in managing clientele or CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a strong passion for the luxury industry
