We are seeking reliable casual workers to assist with Commercial/Office Relocation and Fitout work on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will have reasonable experience in manual handling and ability to carry out tasks like lifting, carrying and loading.

Responsibilities include dismantling, packing, loading, unloading, unpacking and setting up of business furnishings and equipment. They will also be responsible for loading/unloading vans and trucks and using trolleys and basic tools to move and set up furniture.

De-installation and re-installation of office equipment and furniture is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, they must be highly reliable and make themselves regularly available for work.

The successful candidate will have valid working rights within Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantling, packing, loading, unloading, unpacking and setting up of business furnishings and equipment
  • Loading/unloading vans and trucks
  • Using trolleys and basic tools to move and set up furniture
  • De-installation and re-installation of office equipment and furniture

Requirements:

  • Make yourself regularly available for work
  • Be highly reliable
  • Have your own steel capped safety shoes, tidy black pants and high vis shirt
  • Reasonable experience in manual handling and ability to carry out tasks like lifting, carrying and loading

Advantageous but not essential for the role:

  • White Card
  • Driving Licence
  • Ability to disconnect and reconnect computers & IT equipment
  • Hand tools skills and ability to hang picture frames, wall clocks & TV brackets as well as assemble modular furniture

A driving licence is advantageous but not essential for the role.
