About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our NDIS participants. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with other team members to achieve optimal participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver psychology services to NDIS participants, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal participant outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor provisional psychologists, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, using data and feedback to inform service improvements and enhance participant experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an Australian university.
- Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working within the NDIS, preferably in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with NDIS participants and other stakeholders.
