Join our diverse team as a Rehabilitation Consultant and embark on a challenging yet fulfilling journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by providing occupational rehabilitation services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your duties will include:

  • Case management, ensuring manageable caseloads and providing support from Rehabilitation Assistants
  • Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Assisting individuals to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes
  • Completing various assessments using your clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve, innovate, and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
