We are seeking a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives and has excellent clinical skills.
If you are a registered nurse with experience in aged care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A genuine passion for supporting clients to live life to the fullest.
- Current registration as a registered nurse (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, ideally in aged care.
- Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous/current roles.
- Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
- Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and flu vaccination (preferred).
- Competitive hourly rate: $52.35 - $65.84 per hour + 25% casual loading.
- 12% superannuation.
- Salary packaging: up to $15,899 tax-free annually + $2,650 in meal and entertainment benefits.
- 17.5% annual leave loading.
