As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across the site, developing and supporting the housekeeping team, and managing housekeeping supplies and inventory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities.
  • Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Maintaining inventory levels of housekeeping supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Housekeeping Supervisor role.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  6. Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
  7. A current valid driver's license is required.

Candidates must undergo a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records before receiving a job offer. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check may be required. This role requires heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
