Carrier HVAC Technician Apprenticeship

You will be based in Eight Mile Plains and cover a geographical area including Brisbane and the surrounding areas. You will work in line with our high standards of quality and delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations at every available opportunity, directly assisting in growing our sales, increasing our market share, and growing the net profitability of our company.

You will be paid while you attend classes at our local training organisation, in accordance with your training agreement, and participate in Carrier HVAC training sessions/days. Working on world-class Carrier HVAC equipment and being guided and instructed by qualified Trade personnel, you will learn diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, assembly, and administration. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, skills, and support and secure a long-term career that could set you up for life.

Requirements:

  • A current driver's licence with your own reliable transport
  • A strong aptitude for hands-on, mechanical tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to work
  • The ability to perform physical work in sometimes demanding conditions
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Comfortable with heights
  • A clear idea of why you want to do this trade, with some research and a demonstration of your thought process
  • A White-Card or the ability to obtain one before starting
