Alma Nove is a fine dining establishment located in Manly beach, seeking experienced professionals to join its launch team. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing company with multiple brands and iconic tourist precinct.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around $60,000 per annum, as well as flexible casual shifts available. Full-time opportunities are also available for the right candidates. Rosters will be designed to accommodate your commitments outside of work.

Job Description

We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a fine dining venue. Wine knowledge is preferred, but not necessary. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a high energy level throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
  • Work efficiently to manage high turnover environments;
  • Take initiative to improve processes and suggest new ideas;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining venue;
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High energy level and strong work ethic;
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to changing situations.
