Job Title: Concrete Patching Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced concrete patching specialist to join our team for remedial concrete works across various sites in the Perth Metro area and FIFO projects on a 2:1 roster.

About the Role:

  • Patching and surface repair of concrete surfaces to achieve a high standard of finish.
  • Grinding, cutting, and finishing to meet customer expectations.
  • Working safely and efficiently in both metro and remote site environments.
  • Collaborating with site teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in concrete patching or remedial concrete work is essential.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • White Card certification is mandatory.
  • FIFO applicants must be able to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport (for Perth-based roles).
