Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and execution of complex banking and finance transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, real estate investment and development finance, and project and infrastructure financing.
- Provide expert advice to clients on a range of financial products and services, including securitisation, private debt, and fund financing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex financial problems.
- Contribute to the development of the Banking and Finance group's strategy and business development initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents and present to clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
