Are you looking for a retail role that offers variety and opportunity for growth?

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Retail Assistant to join our team

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of store presentation and assisting with inventory management.

You will also perform water analysis using state-of-the-art testing equipment, advise customers on pool chemistry and prescribe chemicals required to correct water balance, and assist customers with purchases of pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with our Area Retail Manager to contribute to the overall running of our stores.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and customer service, engaging people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, a positive attitude and a passion for retail sales within a team environment.

Some knowledge of pool and spa maintenance is desirable but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.

Please note that availability to work weekends is essential. While we're flexible with shifts, the ideal roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday.
