Our organisation specialises in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality steel house frames throughout Southeast QLD and Northern NSW, catering to major builders.

We provide cutting-edge equipment and a supportive work environment.

In response to growth and the opening of a new factory, we are seeking additional team members to join our assembly teams.

No prior experience is required; however, proficiency with tools and working in a fast-paced atmosphere is advantageous.

This role is suitable for individuals who are physically fit and possess a 'can-do' attitude, as we will provide training.

Perfect for someone looking to start their first job after completing high school or looking to advance their career.

We offer above award wages for 16-21 years old.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembling to high quality standards

Maintaining clean and safe workstations

Meeting production standards and expectations

Demonstrating a sense of urgency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $64,500.00 - $72,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
