Occupational Therapist Team Leader Position

SUMMARY:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the occupational therapy team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical guidelines with the occupational therapy team.
  • Ensure the team meets NDIS quality and practice standards.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff and the team's overall performance.
  • Report results of KPIs and training to the Head of Allied Health.
